The show this week features music from Sweden and the small but mighty Faroe Islands!

Sweden's doom masters Katatonia have just released a brand new live album, Sanctitude (also available as a Blue-Ray disc). And we have it for you, courtesy of Our Dearest Lady Death, in hour 3! 

Then in hour 4: this week's Helsinki Spotlight Artists are goth metallers Sinners Moon, who are actually technically Slovakian (!) but since they are signed to Finnish label, Inverse Records, which IS based in Helsinki, we are giving them a free pass. ;-)  This week's ReverbNation Band of the Week are Danish stoner rock/metal band, Fusskalt. 

Hour 1 is a pastiche of favorite bands, ranging from Opeth to In Flames. Hour 2, e.V. digs through the vaults to find some cool older goth rock tuneage!

Then in hour 5:  we have a new (to us) Faroese artist.  Very excited to introduce to you the "psychedelic gospel pop" of Knút, (full name: Knút Háberg Eysturstein, say that 5 times fast :P) and his album, "On High".  Our producer found him whilest she searched Twitter for hashtags to do with places where the solar eclipse was total.   :)
